The title track, "Malo mi za sriću triba" (meaning "I need little for happiness"), became a massive hit and remains a staple of Croatian pop music. The album's sound is characterized by Mediterranean pop influences, heartfelt ballads, and Dragović's powerful, distinct vocals.

The album was recorded during the spring and summer of 2002 at Toma Mrduljaš's studio, Rockoko, and Deva.

Many of the tracks were penned by the prolific duo Tonči and Vjekoslava Huljić .
