While Germany initially feels relieved to be alone, Italy quickly reappears to beg for a job due to his own poverty. Italy eventually ends up working at Germany's house, where he is seen "making bills" and writing to his brother about the absurd financial situation.
The "Industrial Revolution" segment was adapted from Chapter 70 of the World★Stars manga.
Following his defeat, Germany learns that France has blamed the entire war on him. Germany is burdened with unreasonable demands, including paying significant reparations and, humorously, building a "multitude of cuckoo clocks".
